I freaking LOVE cookie dough and, I’m not gonna lie, I have definitely gotten store-bought cookie dough with the SOLE intention of eating it raw. But, as I’ve learned more about nutrition and become more aware of the scary ingredients in processed foods, I’ve learned to steer clear of the pre-made stuff. But fear not - with four simple ingredients, you can make this sweet treat to keep in your fridge and/or freezer for a healthier option when a sugar craving hits!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Chill Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
½ cup all-natural almond butter
¼ cup raw honey
3 scoops/packets Vanilla Shakeology
2 Tbsp. mini semi-sweet (or dark chocolate) chocolate chips
Combine Shakeology, almond butter, honey and chocolate chips in a medium bowl; mix well until the ingredients form a sticky dough.
With clean hands, roll the dough into approximately 1” balls - two bites, or so! :) You should roll about 15 of them.
Store in the fridge. Allow to chill before eating.
1 ball per serving. Recipe makes approximately 15 servings.
